An online bulletin board monitoring method and a system are provided to decide on expertise of evaluators according to evaluation results to grade the expertise, thereby deciding and processing whether notice materials put on a bulletin board are qualified. A list of notice materials registered on a bulletin board is selected to peruse a notice material(S204). If an opinion about disqualification of the read notice material exists, the notice material is processed(S206). The notice material registered on the bulletin board is decided on and processed by participation of readers(S207). A compensation is given to the readers participating in the decision of disqualification of the notice material according to the decided results. |
