An automatic temperature correction system of a thermal imaging camera and a method thereof are provided to diversify ambient temperature of a thermal imaging camera variously by locating the thermal imaging camera in a second chamber and stabilize the ambient temperature of the thermal imaging camera. An automatic temperature correction system of a thermal imaging camera comprises a first chamber(500), a black body assembly, a second chamber, thermal imaging cameras and a first controller. The black body assembly(100) is located inside the first chamber and includes a plurality of black body sources(120). The second chamber(200) is located inside the first chamber and is separated with the black body assembly. One or more thermal imaging cameras(300-1,300-2,300-3,300-n) are located in the second chamber. A first controller(400) controls the inner temperature of the second chamber.
