A protection case for distributing board of apartment house capable of informing occurrence of accident is provided to monitor inner situation of distributing board by moving camera according to move of lever. An input module(110) receives a monitor period inside a distributing board and a setting value about an imaging region of a camera. A monitoring setting part(210) is comprised of an operating module which processes and stores the setting value. A lamp(310) installed inside a distributing board is turned on during the monitor period, and is turned off after monitoring is finished. An imaging capture part(240) stores an image taking a picture of a constant region. An imaging comparison part(250) compares present image with past image. An alarm part(120) informs an occurrence of an accident.
