<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for managing an electronic file by using the operation history of a user, and to provide an operation support method, a program and a recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: This information processor 104 is provided with: an information acquisition means 304 for acquiring information related with an electronic file; an input information storage means 302b for storing information related with an electronic file; an operation candidate storage means 302d for storing the content information of an operation; a selecting probability storage means 302e for storing a probability value formed for every user for selecting an operation; a degree of similarity storage means 302a for storing the value of the similarity of the operation between different users; and a function selection probability calculation means 300a for calculating a function selection probability value for selecting an operation candidate to an electronic file to be operated by the user by using the information related with the electronic file to be operated by the user, the content information, the probability value for selecting the operation, and the value of similarity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
