<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is no model for accurately acquiring information over a customer profile which is absolutely necessary for merchandise selling site management such as the address, name, sex and birth date of a customer in a conventional merchandise selling site on the Internet concerning a model for acquiring the more detail customer profile of each merchandise genre through purchasing/selling agents, and that it is not possible to accurately grasp the transaction of the purchase of a real market in a conventional research company. <P>SOLUTION: A market research company shares payment from a customer to an undertaker or charge to be generated when merchandise is delivered from an undertaker to a customer without acquiring any income such as an advertisement fee or a percentage from both an undertaker who sells merchandise and a customer who purchases merchandise from an undertaker.
