The present invention relates to a composition for inducing cell reprogramming, comprising an egg extract of sturgeon. According to the present invention, the egg extract of sturgeon is derived from the sturgeon, which is phylogenetically close to mammals and the most primitive fish. The egg extract of sturgeon effectively induces the reprogramming for returning the previously differentiated cell to the state before the differentiation, and is capable of improving the productivity of cloned animals by using the cell as a donor cell for somatic cell cloning and reconstructing cloned fertilized eggs. |
