The present invention relates to an eco-friendly polyurethane resin composition which is capable of preventing discharge of toxic substances and reduction in material properties. More specifically, provided is an eco-friendly polyurethane resin composition which enables the easy production of foaming bodies and non-foaming bodies via the regulation of melt viscosity. To this end, the polyurethane resin composition contains a prepolymer (A) produced by making a polyol mixture react with a diisocyanate-based compound.
