Provided is a pedal operating apparatus which comprises: a pedal member fixedly installed in a vehicle body, wherein a hinge axis is provided in a rear end portion; a pedal arm of which an upper end portion is rotationally installed in the hinge axis of the pedal member, wherein a first elastic body capable of being elastically deformed forward is provided in the upper end portion; and a second elastic body installed to be adjacent to an upper portion of the pedal arm in the pedal member, connected to the first elastic body, configured to be elastically changed to elastically push a lower side in the upper end of the pedal arm about the hinge axis, and compressed by being rotated along with the first elastic body when the pedal arm is rotated so as to push an upper side in the upper end of the pedal arm about the hinge axis. |
