An organic light emitting device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a substrate which is partitioned to a light emitting area and a non-light emitting area; a pixel electrode which is disposed on the light emitting area of the substrate; an intermediate layer which is disposed on the pixel electrode and includes an organic light emitting layer; a counter electrode which is disposed on the light emitting area and the non-light emitting area of the substrate to cover the intermediate layer; and a black matrix which is disposed on the counter electrode, and includes a first light shielding unit disposed in an area corresponding to the non-light emitting area and a second light shielding unit disposed in an area corresponding to the light emitting area and having light transmissivity higher than that of the first light shielding unit.
