The present invention relates to a shopping bag made from recycled textiles, a process for the preparation of such a shopping bag and an assembly line for the assembly of such a shopping bag. The shopping bag has a bottom, an opening, a left side, a right side, a front face, and a back face, and further has an inner surface and an outer surface. The shopping bag is made out of a fabric that in majority comprises a mixture of different post-consumer recycled textiles. At least the outer surface of the shopping bag has been treated to be waterproof or water-resistant. |
