PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image encoding device and a moving image decoding device, capable of performing continuous decoding processing and display processing without changing a parameter in a header of original encoding moving image data, when combining two moving image data to be inter-frame prediction encoded.SOLUTION: A moving image encoding device 1 adds decoding delay correction information and display delay correction information, to a first picture to be combined after the encoded moving image data of the picture included in the moving image data, for allowing a picture following to the first picture of moving image data obtained by encoding the moving image decoding device to continuously decode and display even in the case where a picture of which an encoding order is later than the first picture and is equal to 1 or more is removed. A moving image encoding device 2 uses the decoding delay correction information and the display delay correction information, and corrects the decoding delay and display delay of the picture following to the first picture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
