The control module is connected to the first high-voltage output module and the second high-voltage output module to respectively sample a first output voltage of the first high-voltage output module and a second output voltage of the second high-voltage output module and generate a power control signal, a first control signal and a second control signal respectively used to control the power supply module, the first high-voltage output module and the second high-voltage output module. There is a phase difference between the first control signal and the second control signal to interleaving control the first high-voltage output module and the second high-voltage output module.
