METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR BUILDING REAL-TIME LOAD MAP

The present invention relates to a method and a system for generating a real-time load map, capable of generating an image road map through temporal/spatial data inquiries on a distribution traffic data management system. The device, which is connected to a distribution traffic data management system including a traffic data collecting device operated in a vehicle and a traffic data management server on a network to generate a real-time rod map, comprises: a global positioning system (GPS) unit to calculate a location and a speed of a device from a positioning signal of a GPS or a mobile communication system; an inquiry unit to request map data update information including the latest image of a certain route and real-time event information to the distribution traffic data management system based on location information of the GPS unit; a communication unit to receive inquiry and response signals for the map data update information from the distribution traffic data management system; and a control unit to reflect, on map data of a navigation, the latest image of the certain route and the real-time event information that are included in the inquiry and response signals.
