PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber cable provided with a tensile strength body in a casing so as to generate bending directionality and still capable of reducing the bending directionality of the cable to facilitate passing of the cable through a conduit.SOLUTION: An optical fiber core 10 includes, for example, a plurality of optical fiber wires 11 as an optical fiber core wire. The optical fiber core 10 and a pair of tensile strength bodies are covered with an inner peripheral casing 40 to form a cable part 45 having bending directionality. An outer peripheral casing 60 has a clearance 50 between itself and the cable part 45 and internally accommodates the cable 45. |
