HIGH-TEMPERATURE GASIFICATION PROCESS USING BIOMASS TO PRODUCE SYNTHETIC GAS AND SYSTEM THEREFOR

A high-temperature gasification process using biomass to produce synthetic gas involves gasifying a powdered charcoal through transporting the powdered charcoal to a gasification furnace. An externally supplied combustible gas is directly combusted and reacted with the oxygen in a carbonization furnace, and the heat discharged from the reaction is directly supplied for a thermolysis of biomass. The thermolysis gas and the charcoal are produced from the carbonization furnace. Temperature of the carbonization furnace is controlled within 400 to 600°C. Flame temperature at a burner of the carbonization furnace is controlled within 1800 to 1200°C. A system for the process is also disclosed.
