Disclosed is an apparatus for extracting a large quantity of water drip coffee. The apparatus for extracting a large quantity of water drip coffee of the present invention comprises: a purified water tank in which room-temperature purified water is stored; a pressure tank in which the purified water stored in the purified water tank is forcibly supplied by a purified water supply pump and is stored at a predetermined pressure, and in which at least two supply pipes are disposed at an equal interval, the supply pipes each having upper coupling devices provided thereon; extraction pipes which are formed in the structure of a hollow pipe so as to receive coffee powder, and of which the upper end regions are selectively coupled to the upper coupling devices; an extraction pipe mounting part in which lower coupling devices to which the lower end regions of the extraction pipes are selectively coupled are provided, in a number corresponding to the number of upper coupling devices, on the upper surface of a rising and descending member facing the pressure tank, wherein inlet pipes connected to the lower coupling devices are provided on the inside of the rising and descending member, each of the inlet pipes being connected with an extract transfer pipe, and which comprises a driving part for raising and lowering the rising and descending member so that the upper end regions of the extraction pipes coupled with the lower coupling devices are coupled with or detached from the upper coupling devices; and a temporary storage tank which temporarily stores coffee extract transferred from the extract transfer pipe. |
