Provided is a method for evaluating the quality of breast milk exposed to trans fat. More particularly, the method for evaluating the quality of breast milk exposed to trans fat comprises the steps of: analyzing total cholesterol content, neutral fat content, glucose content, protein content, active oxygen species content, and lactalbumin content in the breast milk, expression of apoA-I, or molecular weight of apoA-I; micro-inserting breast milk to a zebrafish embryo; and confirming a survival rate of the embryo. Through the method of the present invention, the quality of breast milk can be confirmed. The method of the present invention aids in understanding the effects of trans fat ingestion to breast milk, thereby contributing to healthy growth and development of a newborn infant. |
