The present invention relates to a future trading server and future trading method. The future trading server as security for a stock according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a loan amount calculation unit to calculate a loan amount using a predetermined rate to protect an additional loss due to changes in future indexes to a basic deposit according to a previous future closing price; a loan management unit to provide the loan amount calculated as security for a stock account amount that is equal to or greater than a minimum deposit assets according to the contact number; and a future trading unit to perform future trading using the provided loan amount under the condition of setting the contract number as the upper limit, thereby preventing an additional loss compared to a security of a stock account or reducing a possible additional loss by responding to rapid change properties of a market price, and ensuring a smooth trading activity by guaranteeing new trading if there is a loss less than or equal to a reference loss. |
