FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dental implantology, and is applicable in prosthetics of upper jaw in case of alveolar process atrophy. Alveolar process bone is exposed with cutting out a mucoperiosteal flap for visual control. Bone mass thickness is measured. Selection of implant on diameter and height is performed. Implant seat is determined and main drilling point is marked. Tap hole is formed with main drill, wherein limiter on drill prevents sinus bottom perforation. Thread is cut with tap of appropriate size, also equipped with limiter. Then intraosseous implant element is screwed up to stop. Internal element is screwed up to stop along internal thread of intraosseous element. Thereafter, intraosseous element is screwed up to emerging of feeling of perforation of maxillary sinus bone bottom. Then internal element is screwed lifting sinus cavity bottom mucosa. Wherein depth of lifting is determined by risks in oral part of internal element. Then from 0.3 to 0.5 ml of the osteoplastic simulator is pushed by means of cannula; inner element screwed to create canopy of 5-7 mm height, filled with osteogenic simulator.EFFECT: method simplifies and reduces intraoperative injuries of dental implantation in case of significant atrophy of alveolar process of upper jaw, it allows to gain bone tissue at 5-7 mm, improving reliability of implant fixation.1 cl, 1 dwg |
