PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone system that has both designability and usability for a user.SOLUTION: A telephone system includes a master unit 200 connected to a fixed telephone line and a slave unit 100 capable of communicating with the master unit by radio. The master unit can charge wirelessly a rechargeable battery of the slave unit. A charging part of the master unit is so molded as to have the slave unit set in both of a first setting state in which the slave unit has its front where a display is provided directed to the master unit and its back directed outward and a second setting state in which the slave unit has its back directed to the master unit and its top surface directed outward. A guide display is made on a display 2A of the slave unit so that the slave unit is set in the first setting state during charging of the rechargeable battery of the slave unit. |
