PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generation device which, without building a supporting column under the water, prevents the generation of water-bloom on the water, enables photovoltaic power generation utilizing the pond surface, and facilitates maintenance such as cleaning.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation device includes: a solar panel 2 having a solar battery; and a water surface covering structure 3 which mounts the solar panel 2 on the top surface and covers the water surface 11 of a water storage pond 10. The water surface covering structure 3 is inclined at a fixed angle in the longitudinal direction corresponding to an irradiation angle of solar light, protruded upward in the short direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, and an assembly formed by assembling a member of a steel material in a lattice shape by a fastening fixture. |
