MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR GIRDER USING BENDED STEEL PIPE AND GIRDER MANUFACTURED BY THIS METHOD

The present invention relates to: a girder member manufacturing method using a curved steel pipe capable efficiently supporting weight which acts in the width direction of a bridge by manufacturing a girder using the curved steel pipe; and a girder member manufactured by the same. The manufacturing method of the girder member includes the following steps of: a) preparing a pair of steel pipes which is curved in the longitudinal direction; b) separately arranging a pair of steel pipes in parallel so that concave parts of the steel pipes face each other; c) forming each steel pipe in a straight line by loading weight on the central part of the longitudinal direction of the pair of steel pipes; d) connecting a pair of steel pipes by arranging a support member which is at a right angle to a steel pipe at the height of the central cross section of both end parts which are in the longitudinal direction of the steel pipe; e) connecting the pair of steel pipes by arranging a prestressing member which forms a right angle with a steel pipe at the central part of the longitudinal direction of the steel pipe, attaching one end of the prestressing member to the steel pipe in an upper or lower part on the basis of the center of the cross section of the steel pipe, and attaching the other end of the prestressing member to the steel pipe in at least one part of the upper and lower parts on the basis of the center of the cross section of the steel pipe; and f) removing weight which is loaded on the pair of steel pipes.
