PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing device capable of controlling oscillation or a noise resulting from the oscillation even if an opening and closing body is oscillated in one side in the direction of the thickness of the opening and closing body or in the other side. SOLUTION: In the opening and closing device equipped with the opening and closing body 10 for partitioning and opening a space and a take-up 30 taking up and letting out the opening and closing body 10 by a take-up shaft 31, a pair of roller members 50 and 50 approaching or coming into contact with the opening and closing body 10 from both sides in the direction of the thickness of the opening and closing body are arranged so that they can be rotated along the opening and closing direction of the opening and closing body.
