PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic residual form environmetally good with high working efficiency by dispensing with form removal work after placing concrete, lightweight, manufactured at low cost, and extremely high particularly in impact resistance. SOLUTION: This metallic residual form is constituted to form a form body 1 of box shape comprising a bottom plate 1a and side plates 1b formed by bending four sides of a quadrangular metal plate, to provide a large number of through holes 1c bored in the bottom plate 1a of the form body 1, and to provide a large number of through holes 1c and connecting holes 1d in the side plates 1b.
