PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost and to positively connect a hydraulic passage even with the occurrence of looseness at the engaging faces of male and female joints. SOLUTION: This joint device for rod members is provided with the male and female joints to be irrotationally engaged with the ends to be connected, of two rod members vertically passing through a chemical solution supply line and two hydraulic supply lines. A chemical solution passage communicating with the chemical solution supply line on one rod member side is provided inside the male joint, and two male couplers communicating with two hydraulic supply lines respectively are mounted in the male joint, in parallel with an axis on a circular arc formed around the axis. A chemical solution passage communicating with the chemical solution supply line on the other rod member side is provided inside the female joint, in a position connectable to the chemical solution passage of the male joint, and two female couplers communicating with two hydraulic supply lines respectively are mounted in the female joint, in parallel with an axis on a circular arc that can be engaged with the male coupler.
