A filter assembly and a blowing device for a clean room in which an ion generating part is integrally installed with a filter frame in a lower part of a filter member are provided to easily detach or attach and replace the ion generating part and the filter member by removably attaching side plates to an outer surface of one side of a filter frame and connecting a high voltage control part to a cable connected to the ion generating part by a connecting harness. A filter assembly for a clean room comprises: a filter frame(20) of which upper and lower parts are opened to have a box shape; a filter member(30) housed in the filter frame; an ion generating part(50) which is installed at a lower side of the filter member, and of which both ends are attached to both sides of a lower part of the filter frame; and side plates(40) which are attached to an outer surface of a side member of the filter frame to form a space for housing a cable connected to the ion generating part. The side plates are removably connected to an outer surface of one side of the filter frame. The side plates have at least one opening formed at one side of an outer surface thereof, and a cover having a shape corresponding to the opening is removably connected to the side plates at the location of the opening. The filter assembly for a clean room further comprises a connecting harness located within a space formed by the side plates and electrically connected to the cable of the ion generating part.
