PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technical means for performing authentication of high confidentiality, by making it difficult to acquire a key for authenticating a device to be authenticated, without performing the calculation based on a cryptographic algorithm.SOLUTION: Specific key data is associated with a voltage value, and this voltage value is stored in a controller 20. When being authenticated, the controller 20 generates voltage control data that is used in the control for generating the voltage value thus stored, and transmits the voltage control data to a security device 10. The security device 10 generates a voltage in accordance with a voltage control signal thus received, determines specific key data associated with that voltage value, and then authenticates the controller 20 by comparing this specific key data with prestored specific key data. |
