A manufacturing method of the metal ornament is provided, which makes it possible for the mass production by minimizing the handling time of manual working. A manufacturing method of the metal ornament comprises: a step for casting the metal outer shape(10) in which the groove portion(13) is formed by using the centrifugal casting machine and silicone mold; a step for making the interior decoration member(20) of which the size is smaller than the groove portion; a step for sticking the interior decoration member to the groove portion by using adhesive; a step for putting the adhesive in the crevice formed between the lateral part and interior decoration member of the groove portion; a step for surface-processing so that the surface of the interior decoration member adhered to the surface and groove portion of the outer shape can be smoothly connected; and a step for coating the outer shape.
