PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharging head 7 having a high discharging capability, and a liquid discharging apparatus A equipped with the liquid discharging head 7. SOLUTION: This liquid discharging head includes an elastic member 18, a pressurizing member 15, and an actuator 19. In this case, the elastic member 18 partitions a part of a pressure chamber 11. The pressurizing member 15 pinches the elastic member 18, and at the same time, partitions a part of the pressure chamber 11. The actuator 19 makes a liquid discharged from a nozzle 12 by driving the pressurizing member 15 in a manner to be displaced. The elastic member 18 has a flat shape in which the thickness in a direction being pinched by the pressurizing member 15 is thinner, and also, the length in a direction being orthogonal to the pinching direction, and going to the outside from the pressure chamber 11 is relatively long.
