<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that the "tooling mechanism part" of a conventional parts feeder is expensive and its productivity is extremely low as it takes much time to manufacture the product to meet demands for high accuracy and precise, and consequently has great difficulties in mass production, lowering in cost, microminiaturization and multi-product correspondence of the latest chip and so on. <P>SOLUTION: The problems with the parts feeder are solved by separately providing the tooling mechanism part in which the alignment and the feeding of parts are carried out as an upper part made of synthetic resin and a lower part made of metal for mounting on a driving part, providing both parts after being unified by a securing means and mounting the tooling mechanism part on the driving part by the securing means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
