<p>Disclosed is an ultraviolet-curable coating agent containing a polymerizable oligomer, a water-soluble monomer, a photopolymerization initiator, and a dye fixing agent, wherein said dye fixing agent contains at least one aqueous solution selected from an allylamine polymer, an allylamine hydrochloride polymer, an allylamine hydrochloride-diallylamine hydrochloride copolymer, an allylamine hydrochloride-dimethylallylamine hydrochloride copolymer, a hydrochloride of a dicyandiamide-diethylenetriamine copolymer, or a methylamine-epichlorohydrin copolymer. This allows the drying and bleeding properties of a printed image to be sufficiently maintained at a level required for the printability of an ink-receiving layer while providing excellent water resistance even in extreme environments such as immersion in water.</p> |
