PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for delivery of a medicine selected from antibiotic, antibacterial agent, antiviral agent, antimicrobial agent, antiinflammatory drug, hemostatic agent, antithrombotic drug or antifungal agent to open fracture, complex injury or the other infection site.SOLUTION: There is provided a chitosan composition produced by the following steps (a) to (f): (a) a step in which chitosan is hydrolyzed with acid in solvent to prepare biodegradable chitosan; (b) a step in which the biodegradable chitosan is formed into a desired configuration and subjected to freeze drying to reduce 10-100% of moisture content; (c) a step of neutralization with basic solution to adjust physical/mechanical property of chitosan; (d) a step of washing chitosan to be neutral; (e) a step in which obtained chitosan is subjected to freeze drying to reduce 10-100% of moisture content in order to generate biodegradable chitosan composition; (f) a step in which an agent selected from antibiotic, antibacterial agent, antiviral agent, antimicrobial agent, anti-inflammatory drug, hemostatic agent, antithrombotic drug or antifungal agent is composited at a place for care.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
