摘要 The objective of the present invention is to provide a technology capable of measuring accurately and in a non-contact manner the temperature of a gas, in particular the temperature of a gas containing water vapor. A spectroscopic unit 10 acquires from radiated light from water vapor, at least a light intensity in a first wavelength band and a light intensity in a second wavelength band. The first wavelength band and the second wavelength band are both near-infrared region bands. In addition, the central wavelength of the first wavelength band and the central wavelength of the second wavelength band have mutually different values. A temperature calculating unit 20 is configured to calculate the temperature of the water vapor using the ratio between the light intensity in the first wavelength band and the light intensity in the second wavelength band.
