摘要 The present invention relates to an optical image device with improved resolution on a vertical axis and a substrate for an optical image device. The optical image device with improved resolution on a vertical axis according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a substrate (120) wherein a micro-flow path inlet and outlet and a micro-flow path channel for movement of samples are formed on one surface of the substrate; a light source unit (110) which provides a light source to the substrate; a metal layer (220) which is integrated with one surface of the substrate, and is provided with a plurality of nano-holes; and a detection unit (130) which images luminescent materials excited by the light source transmitted in a vertical axis local area of the samples, wherein the diameters of at least a part of nano-holes of the plurality of nano-holes are different, diameters of the plurality of nano-holes are in a size set to cause special light transmission, the detection unit (130) images each of the excited luminescent materials when the sample is moved through the micro-flow passage channel, and the diameters of the nano-holes formed in the metal layer (220) are different for each row or each column.
