The present invention relates to a CCTV emergency bell calling system for security using a smart phone application and a smart tag. The CCTV emergency bell calling system for security comprises: an emergency bell calling event signal generator; an emergency bell calling system; and an emergency bell control server, thereby enabling a user not to search and directly push an emergency button provided in the emergency bell calling system for emergency, and minimizing criminal damages through a quick response on a crime.
