The present invention relates to a water purification device and a method using a raft vinyl hose for growing and developing water plants for four seasons, which can grow and develop water purification plants for four seasons. A buoyant hose serving as a vinyl greenhouse using air is made above a reservoir and water plants are planted inside the hose so that water plants can grow for four seasons. Water can be supplied in a natural flow condition or through a pump inside, and in the other side, water purified by growth and development of water plants flows to the reservoir so that water plants grow and purify pollution sources in the water. When growing to a certain extent, water plants are harvested and can be used for raw materials such as feeds. |
