PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus, an information processing system, an information processing method, and a program capable of alleviating unfairness when customers are called on the basis of the operation of information processing terminals by the customers.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes an operation monitoring unit that monitors the operation states of information processing terminals that have been lent respectively to a first customer who has visited a facility and a second customer who has visited the facility after the first customer, an operation state determination unit that determines whether or not a value according to the operation state of the information processing terminal by the second customer is equal to or more than a threshold, and a call number assigning unit that assigns, when the operation state determination unit determines that the value according to the operation state of the information processing terminal is equal to or more than the threshold, the call number of the first customer. |
