PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilator of a building, which can effectively provide ventilation within the building by a simple structure with proper flashing properties.SOLUTION: A ventilator 1 of a building includes an exhaust window 22 that is formed on an exterior wall 21 of a room 11, and a sealing fan 23 that is positioned near the exhaust window 22 of the exterior wall 21 and suspended from a flat surface of a ceiling surface 20 of the room 11. The exhaust window 22 is formed in exterior walls 21a and 21b forming a corner part L of the room 11. Additionally, a partition plate 50 is provided in such a manner as to surround a side part of the sealing fan 23. |
