PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium air battery which can be stably discharged for a long period of time.SOLUTION: The lithium air battery of the present invention includes a cathode containing carbon, a catalyst, and a binder, and an anode containing a substance capable of occluding and releasing metal lithium or lithium ions, wherein an electrolyte is disposed between the cathode and the anode. The electrolyte is a solid electrolyte containing a sulfide which contains Li and at least one of Ge, P, Al, Si, and Zn. |
