PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for recovering color and luster of young people on the adult skin. SOLUTION: The color cosmetic composition to be coated on the skin contains an effective amount of fluorescent mineral powder to radiate fluorescence in combination with a cosmetically acceptable vehicle, and at least one coloring agent, wherein the composition, when coated, is not main color source on the skin.
