PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical agent for selectively inhibiting the sodium channel site 2. SOLUTION: The selective inhibitor of the sodium channel site 2 contains a compound expressed by general formula (1) as an effective ingredient. In the formula, R<SP>1</SP>expresses H, a halogen atom, an alkoxy or a dialkylamino; R<SP>2</SP>expresses H, a halogen or an alkoxy; R<SP>3</SP>expresses H, OH or O-(CH<SB>2</SB>)<SB>n</SB>-COOH (n expresses 1-5 integer); R<SP>4</SP>expresses N(R<SP>5</SP>)(R<SP>6</SP>) (R<SP>5</SP>and R<SP>6</SP>express each H or an alkyl) or the like; m expresses 0-5 integer.
