PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a healthy collagen cosmetic by establishing the method for producing nanoparticles of collagen, Chinese herb drug, bean curd refuse, non-chlorella, San-chi ginseng, neem, stevia leaf, Momordica grosvenori fruit powder, spore of Fomes japonicus and enzymes and establishing the method for the production of water having low molecular structure and the dispersion of the nanoparticles in the water. SOLUTION: The production method of the dry collagen cosmetic composed of nanoparticles comprises the mixing of a collagen or gelatin protein with spore of Fomes japonicus, San-chi ginseng powder or ginseng known as Chinese herb drugs, agrochemical-free rice bran, bean curd refuse, non-chlorella, sea grass, urea, Canarium album powder, loquat leaf, vanillin, neem leaf and perfume, the super-cooling of the mixture with a liquefied gas, the pulverization with a mixer, the fractionation of the nanoparticle powder having particle size of 0.04-0.01μm and the sealing of the particles in dried state. The face lotion composed of a combination of water having low molecular structure with the cosmetic is produced by adding the collagen liquid to a degradation-resistant water containing 5-10% nano-low-molecular structure water of fresh water obtained by passing through nanoholes and adding the mixture to the cosmetic. The medicinal face lotion improves the impregnating property by docking to an automatic nerve. A medicinal cosmetic cream for preventing the insect bite of the face and hand is produced by including a vermin exterminating and repelling agent, and a preventive cosmetic for atopic dermatitis and athlete's foot is also produced by the method. For decreasing the amount of neem in the vermin exterminating and repelling agent, other repellent is added or mixed to the agent to obtain a harmless product having increased synergic effect or an agricultural repellent is dispersed in water together with powder and sprayed to the target.
