PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-post lift type lifting device for vehicle maintenance with a simple structure and secure operation capable of preventing generation of difference in level of left/right lifts. SOLUTION: A lower side oil pressure chamber 6 on the lower side of a piston 3 in a first hydraulic cylinder 1 is communicated with a hydraulic unit 10 and an upper side oil pressure chamber 5 on the upper side of the piston 3 is communicated with an oil pressure chamber 2a of a second hydraulic cylinder 2 in a two-post lift. In the second hydraulic cylinder 2, a spring 9 is provided for abutting on an end face of a ram 8 moving upward/downward in the second hydraulic cylinder 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
