<p>Method for determining the nutritional quality of milk lipids, in which a given number of reference milk samples are taken into consideration, for each of the reference samples, a fatty acid profile and an infrared spectrum, obtained by reflection of middle-infrared radiation on the reference sample, are determined and the fatty acid profiles are associated respectively with the infrared spectra, the milk to be analysed, for which it is desired to determine the nutritional quality of the lipids, is subjected to infrared radiation so as to deduce therefrom, by reflexion, an infrared spectrum and the infrared spectrum of the milk to be analysed is compared with the infrared spectra of the reference samples so as to deduce therefrom a fatty acid profile for the milk to be analysed.</p> |
