<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector having high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: In an X-ray line sensor 1, a scintillator layer 24 for emitting light by absorbing an X-ray in a low-energy range is in contact with a scintillator layer 26 for emitting light by absorbing an X-ray in a high-energy range, and further the thickness of the front-side scintillator layer 24 is thinner than the thickness of the rear-side scintillator layer 26. Hereby, since a deviation quantity between a light emission position P1 on the scintillator layer 24 and a light emission position P2 on the scintillator layer 26 relative to the X-ray in the low-energy range and the X-ray in the high-energy range entering from the front side at the same angle is reduced, light emitted from the scintillator layer 24 and light emitted from the scintillator layer 26 at that time are detected by a light detection part 16 and a light detection part 23 facing each other. Consequently, a radiographic image in the low-energy range and a radiographic image in the high-energy range acquired simultaneously are prevented from being deviated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
