PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a farm product-washing apparatus which can ensure farm product protection, washing efficiency and sure washing, and can simultaneously polish conveyed farm products and remove the roots of the farm products without performing various kinds of adjustments for each washed farm product. SOLUTION: A roller portion 2 is rotated in the conveying direction, whereby linear protrusions 3 formed over the whole periphery of the roller portion 2 can convey, polish and simultaneously root-remove the farm products.
