The invention relates to casting engineering and concerns the rotary casting machine. A machine contains a bed, a device for filling with a dosing unit, a mechanism of change of chill moulds with eight centring brackets, devices of working fusion, cooling, heating, assembling-disassembling and dyeing the chill moulds and moulding castings. Novelty consists in that the machine is made with possibility of interacting operation within the limits of working stroke of the mechanism of assembling-disassembling chill moulds, mechanism of change of chill moulds and device of working the fusion, which is made in the form of two horizontal tables-rotors and means of successive filling fusion for the chill moulds installed on said tables-rotors, and the device of disassembling and assembling the chill moulds is made in the form of three different level rotors with clamps and a hoist made with possibility of dismantling the chill moulds during lowering and their assembly at raising. Use of the rotary devices in the machine increases its output. |
