A device for equal-channel polygonal extrusion in fractional mode contains a deforming unit consisting of four working bushings set into a basic quick-release casing, with crossing at half angle 60 and more degrees channels of identical cross section at coaxially made channels of inlet and outlet deforming elements. The deforming unit is equipped with deforming balls located with possibility of rotation in the seats of separator casings installed in the working bushings. In the case each channel is equipped with not less than four balls evenly located in the circle and connected with the surface of channels of bushings and distanced on the height from each other up to the distance, which is equal to the diameter of billet. The thickness of the wall of separator casing is smaller than the size of the ball.
