Method for determination of presence of parasitic invasion at allergic rhynosinusitis (AR) in children at which one separates factors that with probability make evidence of possibility of presence of parasitic invasion – not complicated algergologic anamnesis at presence of episodes of blood eozynophylia without causes, absence of classical compliances and phynoscopic pattern for AR at increased content of eozinophiles of rycitograms, change of humoral immunity (hyper- IgG or hyper-IgE ar decreased IgA), increase of level AlAT and AsAt, signs of damage of inner organs by data from USI. One carries out investigations of specific antibodies and At presence of set of essential for prediction factors named above one diagnoses presence of parasitic invasion in children with allergic rhynosinusitis. |
