PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film having an appropriate etching rate of a transparent conductive layer while including a dry-type optical regulation layer for the purpose of enhancing an abrasion resistance.SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film 10 includes an optical regulation layer 12 and a transparent conductive layer 13 laminated in this order on a principal surface of a transparent film base material 11. The optical regulation layer 12 includes a dry-type optical regulation layer containing an inorganic oxide. The transparent conductive layer 13 includes a metal oxide containing indium. The transparent conductive layer 13 is of a crystalline substance and includes X-ray diffraction peaks at least corresponding to a (400) plane and a (440) plane. In the transparent conductive film 10, if X-ray diffraction peak strength at the (400) plane is Iand X-ray diffraction peak strength at the (440) plane is I, the ratio of the X-ray diffraction peak strength I/Iis within a range of 1.0-2.2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
